The Brief. Design a small, rustic coffee table that celebrated the natural beauty and grain of wood.
Reduce everyday clutter on the table top by giving the client's wife easy access to the products she uses regularly, while keeping them organised, discreet and out of sight when not in use.
“ I had tried to find what i wanted on line and in various high street stores but nothing had the size, quality and design i was looking for. I contacted Jason who was amazing with coming up with ideas and solutions and came up with exactly what i wanted. Although it was more expensive to get a commissioned piece it was well worth it, i now have something no one else will have and i love the wood look and feel, its so well built iam sure it will last a life time. “

Customer ReviewDrawers and cupboard doors were avoided to prevent the table feeling bulky or blocky, so different storage sections was integrated into the open structure under the table top. Large central opening for bigger items.
Client wanted a warm rustic-contemporary look. Lower level has space to store items keeping them out of the way.
Stained Pine and Ash used for contrast. Sealed and water proofed to protect for everyday use.
As used by the client.
